General Statement of Duties

This vacancy is open until filled. To develop principles of fair play, a sense of confidence, and self-discipline through the development and extension of various field hockey skills as provided by interscholastic competition.

Essential Duties
  • Assists with preparing players both physically and mentally for interscholastic competition through practice, teaching of fundamental skills, and knowledge of rules
  • Assists with supervising the cleaning, storage, and proper care of all equipment
  • Fosters good school-community relations
  • Follows county financial policies concerning the collection and receipting of funds

Annual salary will be prorated based upon actual work begin date.

Minimum Requirements

Demonstrated ability to manage the entire field hockey program through previous experience as a coach or player.

 

A valid teaching license is preferred for this position.
